Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of our subscription services. By subscribing to our plans, you agree to the following terms:
1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
1.1 Subscriptions are offered on a recurringbilling basis (monthly or annually) based on the plan selected at checkout.
1.2 All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
1.3 Subscribers must provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of purchase.
2. FREE TRIALS
2.1 A free trial may be available for new users, allowing access to premium features for a limited time as specified during registration.
2.2 Users will be charged for the selected subscription plan immediately after the free trial ends unless the subscription is canceled before the trial period concludes.
3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
3.1 Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided in Section 6.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include credit card,and any other options listed at checkout.
3.3 Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings.
4.2 Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
4.3 After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. PLAN CHANGES
5.1 Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
6. REFUNDS
6.1 Refunds are only issued in the following scenarios:
- Technical issues that prevent service usage for an extended period.
- Duplicate charges due to system errors.
6.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 7days of the charge date.
6.3 Refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
7. ACCOUNT USAGE
7.1 Subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
7.2 Sharing subscription access with unauthorized users is prohibited and may result in account termination.
8. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
8.1 We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
8.2 Continued use of the subscription service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
